I bought a mini projector for a very reasonable price, but after a few days it broke down. The service desk helped me very well (responded immediately in perfect English) and I could send the projector back. Sadly the new/repaired one that was send back to me, also developed the same problem within a few days so when I asked them what to do, they refunded me to money and allowed me to buy another projector in their webshop. Perfect service!
I have been incredibly IMPRESSED buying from Chinavasion. I was very thrilled my products arrived to my home address in New Zealand just a few days after purchase. The after sale service has been TREMENDOUS!!!! Chinavasion has saved me a lot of hassle as I thought I was going to have to send my product back.Turned out I wasn’t using it properly. The instruction manuals English is not the best however the communication from Chinavasion is superb with excellent English. The product is TOP QUALITY too with the BEST prices. Nobody is perfect so it is not my intention to create a delusive belief for future customers. In few words being very critic is that some products might fail more often than usual but for sure either your item will be fixed or replaced or be refunded when you ask for support in Chinavasion service. One year warranty is good enough in my opinion for electronics since that my experience with Chinavasion for more than five years show me that if an item fail that will be from the very beggining and seldom during the period after six months. After all, how many times you keep a gadget for ever and you are not going to replace it with a better and a newer one?
