When I used the customer support (on-line form, on-line chat & email) I was amazed with the quality of the response. The issue turned out to be my problem, not Chinavasion’s, but they politely continued to help me until it was sorted out. Excellent communications and prompt and polite.

I took a chance and contacted Chinavasion looking for a lost charger replacement and was not sure that I would receive the help I needed.Not only did I get an instant response but the service was professional but I managed to resolve my problem speedily and accurately. The follow up was excellent and I can only say that it is a pleasure to deal with this supplier. Their products are reliable and after sales service excellent. I’ll certainly be back for more.

I quite appreciate the service and immediate response to customer complain and even online assistance. the goods are ok, the price are quite very cheap, and worthy of note is the discount arrangement also. However i suggest you add more to your stock as there is not enough variety to select from, especially camcorders and digital cameras-the ones available are not having long distance zoom and the mega pixel is also too low.
